Returnable Samples
We are pleased to supply samples which will be charged for. A refund will be made upon their return undamaged in original packaging.

Lead Time and Despatch
Lead Time- 10 working days, but will try to accommodate short deadlines.

Despatch- We will despatch your order no later than the day before your agreed deadline. All orders are sent by overnight trackable carriers. We cannot accept responsibility for late delivery by the carriers.

Refunds Non-personalised products will be refunded if returned undamaged in original packaging within 14 days

Engraved items will only be refunded if engraving is faulty and the claim is made within 7 days.
